New at SU! Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop

 




Welcome to our NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin’ with creative paper crafting ideas to share with you. This month the theme is Sale-A-Bration. It's the most wonderful time of the Stampin Up' ! year. We have a new mini-catalog and for the first time ever Stampin' Up! is having a summer Sale-A-Bration. That's right 2 Sale-a-Brations in one year !! 

For my project, I am showcasing 4 of the products that are available. The Penguin Playmates Designers Series Paper(DSP), Counting Sheep stamp set.Sheep Dies, and the host set, In Your Words.


I love these adorable sheep! And there are matching dies so no fussy cutting.

I decide to do a double Z fold card because I wanted a 3-dimensional fence. The sheep are all ready to celebrate a birthday so they are jumping the fence to join their friends.





For the base of my card, I used the new 2021-2022 In-Color Fresh Freesia. The background is a sheet of DSP from the Penguin Playmates Designers Series Paper. a FREE with purchase Sale-a-bration product.

The cardstock base is 11 by 4 1/4 and is scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2

The Balmy Blue band that I have the fence on is 11 by 1 1/4 also scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2

5 1/4 by 4


For the inside sentiment, I cut a piece of Basic White using the Scalloped Contours Dies. And stamped the sentiment in Fresh Freesia. The sentiment is from , In Your Words, the exclusive Sale-a-Bration Host offer stamp set. If you host a show or place an order of $300 USD before tax and shipping you get this for FREE in addition to all the normal stampin' rewards.


I die cut the fence from Crumbcake cardstock a daubed a little Crumbcake ink onto it. The dies cut and emboss the fence. 

I added a little grass to the band and a sun in the sky die cut from Daffodil Delight.
