The final Cupcake Party card from my July Stamp A Stack was CASE'd from Pinterest. It came from a blog by Heather Heroldt. I loved the way the card looked so I only changed one thing. Heather's card had 3 candy dots on the lower right corner. I was out of candy dots.

Cupcake Builder Punch

Every month my upline group,Proverbial Stampers, has a sketch challenge.

I wanted to design a card for a class I was having that used the cupcake builder punch but I wanted to show the punches versatility. This is what I came up with :

I've heard the banner punch is perfect for making the ice cream cone. However, I don't have the punch so I hand cut a triangle. Several of the products I used are retired but you can get creative with what you have available.

Cupcake Party Awning Card

 I've seen a lot of awning cards on pinterest. Most of them used the retired stamp set, Create a Cupcake. I've been wanting to try one so I decided to use the new Cupcake Party stamp set. I really liked how the card looked so I decided to try a variation and make a flower shop with the Vivid Vases stamp set.

There are a lot of tutorials and you Tube videos online. Just do a search for awning cards. One of my favorite is at Stamping with Jill

July Stamp A Stack
