Stampin' Up! Blossoming Basket for the Color Challenge

I enjoyed the last couple of challenges so much I decided to try another one. This time it's a color challenge with The Paper Players

So many shades of pink to choose from! I decided to go with the 2017-2019 Stampin' Up! In-color Powder Pink. and the Blossoming Basket Bundle

I love this basket. I've been using it a lot because I know it will be retiring on March 31, 2018.

I stamped it with Versamark and heat embossed it with Copper Embossing powder. I used the embossing buddy first so I would not have any stray powder.

I love the way the copper looks and it makes it so easy to color with the Stampin' Blends alcohol ink markers. I used the light Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blend™ first and then layered over it with the Pink Pirouette Stampin' Blends™

I embossed the Designer Series Paper(DSP) with the Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to give the paper a bit of dimension.

I love the way it turned out. I'm looking forward to seeing all the other color challenge cards at The Paper Players

Blossoming Basket Bundle for National Craft Month Blog Hop

I LOVE the Blossoming Basket Bundle Stampin' Up! released for the 2nd half of Sale-A-Bration 2018.

It has a stamp set and an emboss folder. The folder will carry over to the 2018 Annual Catalog but the stamp set will retire on March 31, 2018, or while supplies last.

As soon as I got my hands on this set I made two different cards. One very simple card for the lovely ladies in my class at the senior living and another for my monthly card class.

An easy card for the ladies at the senior living. They love to color so this set was perfect for them.

And this more detailed card for my monthly stamp a stack. I used two of my favorite Stampin' Up! colors, Calypso Coral and Pool Party I wanted a cut-out basket but this set does not have frame-lits and it would have been too time-consuming to fussy cut since we make 10 cards in a class. So I used my Brother Scan and Cut to pre-cut the baskets. Product List at end of post.
