Stampin' Up! Butterfly Basics

Stampin' Up Butterfly Basics for The Paper Players Color Challenge PP388

It's a color Challenge at The Paper Players this Week and this combo definitely challenged me.
Elegant Eggplant is not a color I use very often but Wisteria Wonder will be missed when it retires May 31, 2018, or while supplies last. I tried several different options when making this card.  But this was my favorite. I love the Fluttering Emboss folder it's my been well loved. Since it's retiring also, I know I will be using it a lot. I just love the texture of all the butterflies.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with the ink and a blender pen. I tried the StampinWrite markers first but felt the Tranquil Tide was a bit too strong for the foliage on the flowers.
Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant are retiring to make way for some great new additions to Stampin' Up! family of colors.
